Prof. Dr. Subarna Shakya is a former Asst. Dean of Institute of Engineering, Pulchowk, Tribhuvan University. He is awarded with Young scientist award 2006 from Nepal academy of Science and Technology, Academic excellent award from Ministry of Education, Government of Nepal IT contributor 2011, Best Innovation Award from Nepal Engineers’ Association, 19 July 2014 Nepal Education Leadership awards 2017 and so on. He is best figure to establish national Data center in Nepal.
