Aadim National College is the best college in Kathmandu Nepal that offers Bachelor of Psychology a four-year, eight semester program. The program is affiliated by the Tribhuvan University, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. The Bachelor of Psychology program at Aadim offers students a second major in Social Work. With courses like Social Work Practicum, Research Methods in Social Work, and Social Welfare Administration, along with courses in Psychology, the social work education offered under the Bachelor of Psychology degree provides a unique perspective into working within a society.
Four-Years Bachelors Course in Psychology consists of seven major papers. These are foundational and core courses. The major psychology students have to study these papers. In addition, there is one elective course which can be selected by other than Psychology major students. Psychology courses are offered during the four-years of academic session.
Students are required to complete 120 credit hours to graduate. Students are also required to appear for TU course examinations separately which will lead to Bachelor of Arts degree from Tribhuvan University.
The objectives of Four-Years Bachelors Course in psychology are to acquaint the students with the theories, approaches and processes of basic psychology and to familiarize them with psychological science in both academic and applied areas. Some of the offered psychology courses, viz, Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Psychosocial Counseling intend to equip the students with the knowledge of some basic skills of helping profession and application of theories of basic human behavior. Along with the theories and practices, students will also be acquainted with research methods in Psychology. It is expected that the course will provide knowledge and professional skills in Psychology.
Camp: Conducted during the break of Dashain and Diwali every year. This is scheduled for 10 days.
Field Works: Frequently conducted as per the fulfillment of course work.
Agency Placement: Scheduled for two days every week where the students are placed in agencies as per the fulfillment of the course.

Field work is an essential part of Psychology program. The students are expected to undergo minimum of 10hrs per week practical field work. The students are evaluated on the basis of their attendance, application of professional skills in the field and reflection. The faculty/field work supervisors, both from the institutes and agency. Besides this, this course intends to furnish the students with Report Writing, Individual Conference, Group Conference, Neighborhood Camp, Rural Camp, Urban Camp, Block Placement and so on.
