Shankar Prasad Sharma
Principal/Campus Chief
Shankar has been involved in IT education for about 15 years. He leads all the decision making processes that focuses on well-being of the college and students. Before AADIM College, he was Co –founder & IT Head of Texas Int’l College. He holds MSc in Information Technology from Sikkim Manipal University and MA in Sociology from Tribhuvan University.
Mina Bhattarai
Operation Head
Mina Bhattarai's main responsibility is to look after the finance and logistics to ensure that everything is happening well in college. She holds MBA Degree from Lincoln University Malaysia. She is a former managing director of Bytes Media Pvt Ltd. She is former coordinator of Sunway International Business School.
Janak Khanal

Mr Janak Khanal is Academic Coordinator at Aadim National College. He is a Asst. lecturer at Shankar Dev College. He is also a former administrative officer at Pioneer Int'l College / U2- Universal SS and Lecturer at different reputed colleges of Nepal .

Advisor
Arun Acharya is an Environmental Specialist and has been involved in various infrastructure development projects of GON, ADB, World Bank, JICA, etc. for more than 15 years in the country. He holds a BSC in Environmental Science from the University of the District of Columbia, USA, and an MSc in Environmental Management from Pokhara University. He is always there with his pertinent knowledge and ideas for the growth and sustainability of this Institution.
