Bhim Bahadur Saud holds an MBA from Lincoln University, affiliated with Texas College of Management & IT (Class of 2021). With a passion for dynamic environments, he previously served as an Incubation Manager at the Texas Business Incubation Center under the Texas International Education Network. Currently, as the Business Development Manager at Aadim College, Bhim plays a vital role in fostering collaborations between industry and education.

He believes in empowering the new generation, recognizing them as proactive changemakers and a source of inspiration. Under his leadership, Aadim College focuses on practical, need-based education tailored to modern realities. Driven by a commitment to win-win collaborations, Bhim welcomes opportunities to work with like-minded individuals and organizations striving to bridge the gap between academia and industry.

Mr. Kumod is a Project Management and Operations professional with an MBA in Project & Operations Management from BRAC University, Bangladesh, and a BSc in Computer Science & Information Technology from Tribhuwan University. With extensive experience in managing and optimizing projects, he has led diverse teams and successfully implemented strategic initiatives across multiple industries. He has an overall teaching experience of more than 6 years in various educational institutions. Additionally, his leadership activities as a Teach For Nepal Fellow have honed his skills in team supervision, event organization, and educational initiatives. He is committed to continuous learning and professional development with areas of interest that include Operations, Applied Economics, Supply Chain, Strategic Management, and Total Quality Management.

Mr. Suman Pokhrel is working as IT Manager at Aadim National College.

Mr. Ishwor Guragain is a Head of Science Department at Aadim National College. He is also a lecturer at different reputed colleges of Nepal.

Mr. Janak Khanal is a Coordinator at Aadim National College. He is a Assistant lecturer at shankar dev campus. He is also lecturer at different reputed colleges of Nepal.

Ashma Shrestha is a BA/BSW Coordinator at Aadim National College. She is a lecturer at different reputed colleges of Nepal.

Er. Lokesh Gupta has been involved in IT education sector and tech industry around 15 years of experience. He is a lecture at many of the reputed colleges in Nepal. He has successfully led multiple companies, showcasing his adept skills as a project manager and a visionary leader.
