Mr. Ramesh Pokheral is a dedicated Computer Networking Lecturer in the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) program. With a strong foundation in networking concepts and practical applications, he is committed to helping students develop both theoretical knowledge and hands-on technical skills. His teaching focuses on network architecture, routing and switching, network security, and modern communication technologies.

Known for his engaging teaching style and student-centered approach, Mr. Pokheral encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and practical learning to prepare students for academic success and professional careers in the IT industry.

Mrs. Rojina KC is a Mobile Programming Lecturer in the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) Department. She specializes in mobile application development and is dedicated to equipping students with the knowledge and practical skills required to build modern, user-friendly mobile applications. Her teaching emphasizes programming fundamentals, application design, development frameworks, and industry best practices.

With a student-centered approach to teaching, Mrs. KC encourages creativity, innovation, and hands-on learning, inspiring students to develop practical solutions and stay current with emerging mobile technologies.

Mr. Kumod is a Project Management and Operations professional with an MBA in Project & Operations Management from BRAC University, Bangladesh, and a BSc in Computer Science & Information Technology from Tribhuwan University. With extensive experience in managing and optimizing projects, he has led diverse teams and successfully implemented strategic initiatives across multiple industries. He has an overall teaching experience of more than 6 years in various educational institutions. Additionally, his leadership activities as a Teach For Nepal Fellow have honed his skills in team supervision, event organization, and educational initiatives. He is committed to continuous learning and professional development with areas of interest that include Operations, Applied Economics, Supply Chain, Strategic Management, and Total Quality Management.

Mr. Suman Pokharel serves as the IT Manager of the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) Department. He is responsible for overseeing the department's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of technical systems, and supporting digital learning initiatives. With expertise in information technology management, system administration, and technical support, he plays a key role in maintaining a reliable and efficient technological environment for students, faculty, and staff.

Committed to innovation and continuous improvement, Mr. Pokharel works closely with the department to implement modern IT solutions that enhance academic and administrative processes while fostering a technology-driven learning experience.

Mr. Rajesh Shahi serves as the Academic Coordinator and Assistant Lecturer in the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) Department. He is responsible for coordinating academic activities, supporting curriculum implementation, and fostering an effective learning environment. Alongside his administrative responsibilities, he teaches with a focus on helping students build a strong foundation in computing through interactive and practical learning.

Dedicated to academic excellence and student development, Mr. Shahi works closely with faculty and students to ensure the smooth delivery of academic programs while encouraging critical thinking, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Ms. Ashma Shrestha is the BA, BSW, and BBS Program Coordinator at Aadim National College. She is also a lecturer at several reputed colleges in Nepal. She is responsible for coordinating academic activities, handling Tribhuvan University (TU)–related matters, and supporting students and faculty. She manages interdepartmental coordination and has played a key role in establishing and managing new academic programs at the college.

Saroj Bhandari is a dedicated and passionate lecturer with strong expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), Database Management Systems (DBMS), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and C Programming. With a commitment to academic excellence and practical learning, he focuses on building strong foundational knowledge in students while also preparing them for real-world industry challenges.

He has extensive experience in teaching core computing subjects, where he simplifies complex concepts into easy-to-understand lessons. His teaching approach emphasizes problem-solving, logical thinking, and hands-on practice, especially in programming and algorithm design.

In addition to his academic role, Saroj Bhandari is actively involved in AI training, where he mentors students and professionals in modern AI tools, machine learning concepts, and data-driven technologies. He aims to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and industry requirements by incorporating real-world datasets, projects, and case studies into his training sessions.

He also plays a leadership role as the Lead at Aadim Innovation Center, where he drives innovation, research, and skill development initiatives. Under his leadership, the center promotes emerging technologies, fosters creativity, and supports students in developing impactful projects in AI and software development.

His expertise in databases includes designing, managing, and optimizing database systems, enabling learners to understand both theoretical concepts and practical implementation using modern tools. In addition, he has strong proficiency in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), where he guides students through data analysis, model building, and real-world AI applications. He emphasizes hands-on learning with modern frameworks and tools, helping learners develop intelligent systems and gain practical experience in solving real-world problems using AI and ML techniques.
