MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (MoU) Between Aadim College and Computing Nerd Pvt. Ltd.
This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is made and entered into on this Wednesday, 28th May, 2025, by and between Aadim College, located at Chabahil, Chuchepati, Kathmandu, Nepal, represented by Mr. Bhim Bahadur Saud, Business Development Manager (hereinafter referred to as the "First Party"),
AND Computing Nerd Pvt. Ltd., a registered digital marketing company located at New Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal, represented by Mr. Saroj Ojha, Managing Director (hereinafter referred to as the "Second Party"). Collectively referred to as "the Parties."

1. Purpose
   The purpose of this MoU is to establish a collaborative partnership between Aadim College and Computing Nerd Pvt. Ltd. in the areas of digital marketing, professional development, industry exposure, internship programs, and capacity-building initiatives to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical industry experience.

2. Scope of Collaboration
   The Parties agree to collaborate in the following areas:
   • Organizing guest lectures, training sessions, and workshops on digital marketing and technology trends.
   • Providing internship and career placement opportunities for eligible students of Aadim College.
   • Collaborating on real-time digital marketing projects, research, and case studies.
   • Supporting curriculum enrichment through feedback and updates on current industry practices.
   • Facilitating branding and digital promotion knowledge-sharing sessions for students and faculty.
   • Jointly hosting events, bootcamps, seminars, and competitions focused on innovation and marketing strategies.

3. Roles and Responsibilities
   Aadim College Shall:
   • Nominate faculty/staff to coordinate collaborative activities.
   • Encourage and facilitate student participation in agreed programs and training.
   • Provide venue and logistical support for events organized in collaboration.
   • Acknowledge Computing Nerd Pvt. Ltd. as an official industry partner in relevant communications and events.
   Computing Nerd Pvt. Ltd. Shall:
   • Offer expert sessions, industry exposure, and digital marketing insights.
   • Provide structured internship and placement pathways for Aadim College students.
   • Collaborate in academic-industry programs and co-branded activities.
   • Share feedback and suggestions to help align academic content with market needs.

4. Validity and Duration
   This MoU shall remain in force for a period of two (2) years from the date of signing and may be renewed upon mutual agreement.

5. Confidentiality
   Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared in the course of this partnership. Such information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.

6. Amendments
   Any amendments to this MoU must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.

7. Termination
   Either party may terminate this MoU by providing a 30-day written notice. Any ongoing activities at the time of termination shall be completed in good faith.

8. Dispute Resolution
   In case of any disputes or disagreements arising from this MoU, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably through dialogue. If unresolved, the issue shall be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body under the prevailing laws of Nepal.

9. Signatures
   This MoU is executed in two original copies, with each party retaining one copy, and shall be effective as of the date first written above.
